Noel Shannon, CEO & Founder
Prior to starting QlikPower, Noel worked as CEO for ProStrategy since 2002 where he built up a successful ERP and Business Intelligence organisation. Noel has been in the software business since 1990 when he formed EPS following 10 years with Wang. EPS specialised in Business Intelligence promoting Cognos and merged to form ProStrategy in 2002. He added the QlikView relationship to expand the customer base in 2006.
Noel's experience with Business Intelligence stretches back to the late ‘80's when he partnered with Pilot to implement the first Executive Information Systems, before teaming up with Cognos to promote their entry into the Business Inttelligence Market. Patrick Murphy , CFO
Patrick has 15 years experience in rapidly developing businesses in the multinational and SME environment with major focus on financial and strategic planning. He has a successful track record specialising in strategic and operational development leading clients to expand in Europe while implementing sales strategies within an ongoing productivity improvement process.
He is focused on driving companies to implement solutions better, faster, and more economically, as well as building effective internal models for their business long-term goals.

Liam Haran, Sales Director
Liam is a highly experienced BI professional, having headed up the sales for both Cognos and Qlikview with ProStrategy since 2003. He has been at the forefront of QlikView's phenomenal growth during that period and he heads the Sales function for Europe with QlikPower.
Prior to that he gained his experience with software solution sales roles within IFS, Kindle and Microsoft, and also worked in the Financial Services sector for 20+ years.
Ray Malendewicz, UK Director
Working within the software sector of IT sales for the past 25 years, Ray Malendewicz has built and led some of the strongest and most successful sales and marketing teams in the industry. This has enabled these software companies to sustain profitable growth over the last 20 years.
Ray has an extensive experience in Business intelligence stretching back to the late 80's when he was Sales Director at Cognos. He led the highly successful team that introduced PowerPlay and Impromptu, Cognos' early BI products to the UK. Since then he has been involved with Business Intelligence and Analytics at JetForm, Strata and Inform. He has consistently ensured that the customers expectations are met or often exceeded.
Ray has regularly spoken at conferences both in Europe and North America.
Aidan Callaly, Director
Aidan is a Non Executive Director of QlikPower. He brings a wealth of International sales experience having worked with Oracle, SAP and Siebel. He is currently VP of Sales in EMEA for MX Sweep
